There are looking for a CRM IT Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize sales process across all commercial channel.
He will be responsible for managing the organization’s CRM (ZOHO) ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.
Responsibilities (Tasks) :
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
Managing ZOHO CRM platform ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM
Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products / offers
Requirements (Your Profile) :
Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
Degree educated ideally from an IT or related degree
A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
Strong experience managing teams, ensuring SLA compliance, working with large-scale CRM databases, ideally ZOHO CRM, delivering these solutions in accordance with organizational strategies, as well as being a good communicator who is able to liaise with colleagues at all levels Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment at a time of change, using management skills to overcome process, training, technical and logistical challenges
Your approach to problem-solving will be logical and detailed. You will be able to influence decisions with an evidence-based approach, and be able to articulate business requirements in both technical and non-technical language
Fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH.
Based on your track record and targeted experience in the below mentioned, we may offer you a collaboration on a regular or punctual assignment, for short or long-term basis, for a limited or permanent external advisor position.
