What will be your role :
At Avito we are looking for a growth mindset person to fill the Head Of Marketing position and continue developing our leading position in different sectors (Auto, Real Estate & Consumer Goods).
The Head Of Marketing will be part of the management team and will actively contribute to the definition of the strategy and ensure strong alignment and execution.
The CMO will help grow and empower the Marketing Team to be their best and achieve great results together with the rest of the organization.

What will be your role :
Develop and own strategy for users acquisition, activation & retention to grow our market penetration
Translate company vision and strategy into Marketing actions ensuring perfect execution and alignment
Actively contribute to the overall strategy and growth definition of the company
Determine and keep close tracking of KPIs with existing frameworks or developing new analytical ones
Develop and nurture agile and experimental mindset on the execution of the marketing strategy
Lead & develop the marketing team (Hire, inspire & coach the team to be their best)
Develop Avitos brand, identifying strengths and weaknesses and translating insights into strategy and perfect execution
Ensure the marketing budget is efficiently invested optimizing the ROI of the different campaigns
Develop strategy to help with awareness and promotion of the revenue generating features
What you need : Master or MBA degree
