Job Purpose :

Act as the frontline of GSK s talent strategy, being able to reframe those in terms of talent and employee experience.

Manage complexity through a combination of clear communications, relationship building, and proactive management of networks, resulting in a high level of influence over key decisions regarding talent and people.

Key Responsibilities : (Include, but are not limited to)

  • Partner with Morocco and Tunisia leadership Team to align HR strategy to business strategy.
  • Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
  • Deliver cultural transformation / change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on a variety of people related topics
  • Drive the Talent Management and Development agenda
  • Execute local risk activity including audits, country-level mitigation plans, QA toolkits & privacy
  • Manage IR and ER issues in partnership with the local leadership and regional ER team
  • Act as a key HR delivery channel at a country level for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs. Work as OneHR to deliver HR solutions with excellence to the Business.
  • Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; etc
  • Knowledge / Education / Previous Experience Required :

    Education and Experience :

  • at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Great command of English, Arabic and French language.
  • Broad HR experience, including a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines as Talent Management, Culture, Leadership and Capabilities development and Performance Management, with strong ability to translate HR knowledge into impactful actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a strategic partner with several functions and different organizational levels.
  • Experience in Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives
  • Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future HR needs and opportunities
  • Very good knowledge of labor laws in Morocco and Tunisia
