Coordinates the operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments
Together with Floor Supervisors, conducts daily and random inspections of hotel property, all housekeeping areas, and follows-up where necessary
Oversees inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for all linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, guest rooms and rest rooms supplies, laundry supplies, and housekeeping related machinery and equipment
Programs and controls the user periodical maintenance and cleaning of the washing machines and ensures commitment to the program
Responsible for hotel staff uniforms
Prepares monthly consumption report
Is responsible for flower decoration in the hotel
Is responsible for keeping outside area of the hotel clean and neat, ordering special equipment
Is responsible for Cloak room
Profil recherché pour le poste : Executive Housekeeper
Minimum Bachelor degree
Proficiency in English & French knowledge
2+ years’ experience in a similar position in international hotel chain
Good communication skill
Microsoft package software proficiency
