The Associate Manager, Digital and eCommerce will be a driving force to further build the BIC brand footprint on-line and accelerate e-sales.
Part of the marketing team, he will have strong interactions with the regional sales teams and MEA / Global digital teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Accelerate the sales of BIC in e-commerce : ensure the right presence, manage assortment, content, pricing, price promotion on e-com platforms.
Managing the implementation and maintenance of SPARC framework to excel in digital shelf management.
Animate sales with Search and Promotional / Conversion campaigns
Actively monitor BIC performance against KPIs and prioritize areas of improvement
Directly manage sales development with pure players and collaborate closely with the Key Account team for Brick and Click customers
Lead quarterly reporting of Digital Shelf performance and monthly reporting of eCommerce Sales to MEA team.
Collaborate with MEA team to communicate specific market needs / requests for content development
Support efforts to roll-out the new tools at a local level which is required to improve digital shelf performance.
Help drive awareness and educate the organization on E-commerce culture and tools as we move toward digital transformation.
Leading the digital media planning for BIC Stationery, Lighter, and Shaver for all marketing initiatives including social media, digital advertising, web, email, and display advertising.
Manage SEO / SEM
Responsible for managing the validation process with MEA for media planning and content on a quarterly basis.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop and optimize social media plans

Candidate Profile : Qualifications / Technical Skills

R- 1-2 years of experience in a related role
D- An experience / internship in a digital agency or an FMCG is valuable
R- 4-year university degree in a relevant field, i.e. communications, marketing, or business
R- Speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic

R- Experience with eCommerce, DAL / PIM, or website systems, media planning
R- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
R- Media buying experience mainly Facebook and Google.
