Groupe Sitel is recruiting for its Rabat-based site English-speaking customer advisors for inbound calls.
In this context, you will be in charge of :
Answering customer calls;
Listen and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution;
Apply the defined processes and master the use of the tools;
Feed back any information allowing to identify a dysfunction or to improve a procedure;
Contribute to the smooth running of the service;
Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
A good level of English language (both spoken and written);
Listening and service skills;
A good knowledge of computers;
Assiduous, involved, punctual.
