Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilitiesand essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Constantly offer a professional, welcoming and endearingservice;
Supervise and ensure that all protocols and fitnessprocedures are followed;
Ensure the cleanliness of the premises, includingall equipment;
Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment byregularly inspecting the operation and quickly send work orders;
Plan and direct exercise sessions, individualtraining, group training and on-the-job training;
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all cardiovascularand physical training equipment, their programs, correct use, compliance andsafety;
Retain the right to practice while continuing tostrive for a higher level of knowledge and expertise;
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughreal communication;
Contribute to the recruitment, development andtraining of all staff;
Ensure that staff assignment and scheduling are inaccordance with the productivity guidelines;
Balance the operational, administrative and needs ofcolleagues;
Respect the policies and procedures of thedepartment;
Comply with all health and safety policies;
Other tasks, as assigned.
Previous experience in a fitness trainer position ;
Proficiency in French and English;
First aid / CPR certificate (cardiopulmonaryresuscitation);
Certificate in a discipline related to fitness;
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications ispreferred;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solvingskills;
Particularly responsible and reliable;
The ability to work in a team;
Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm andcourteous at all times.

Constantstanding and walking throughout shift
Occasionallifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
