We’re seeking a SeniorManager, Digital Partnerships Middle East & Africa based in our Casablancaoffice. This isa critical position within WU Digital.
This role works closely with the WUDigital extended team and the Middle East and Africa regional teams in order todefine, manage, and scale our Digital Partnerships across the region.

Building, maintainingand qualitatively prioritizing the digital partnership sales pipeline for theMiddle East & Africa, working closely with country managers and regionaldirectors setting targets, budgeting and forecasting
Supporting sales activities through the development and maintenance of sales assets or localization of global sales assets, as well as participation in prospect meetings, tender responses or prospective activities, working closely with regional teams
Directly identifying and developing opportunities within the region, negotiating and closing deals with potential partners where digital involvement is needed
Supporting key phases of execution with regional teams, especially the definition of business requirements for digital partnerships, maintaining and bringing expertise of the digital product
Monitoring the performance of live digital partnerships and working with regional teams to build plans to accelerate revenue growth :
Identifying and prioritizing service quality issues with all levels of the field team
Building, reviewing and analyzing performance data and competitive data
Enhancing merchandising, introducing new products and pricing proposals
In order to achievehis / her goals, the Senior Manager, Digital Partnerships will need to work veryclosely with teams based across the MEA region (in Casablanca, Dubai,Johannesburg, Riyad and Sub-
Saharan Africa) as well as Digital teams based inParis, San Francisco and Vilnius
This position isdirectly accountable for the achievement of volume and revenue goals
What you will need tosucceed :
Universitydegree in business, engineering or related field, as well as 7-10 years of experiencein business development or product management, ideally in a Fintech, mobileoperator, banking or technology environment
Businessdevelopment experience in an international environment, selling complexservices to different classes of trade
Ability tomobilise and lead different groups within an organization to achieve a businessgoal, regardless of reporting lines
In-depthknowledge of the financial industry in the Middle East and Africa, as well aspayment services
Goodunderstanding of digital business models and players in the MEA region
FluentEnglish necessary; working knowledge of Arabic and French highly desirable
