Job Purpose Drive the digital acceleration of Pernod Ricard Maroc through social media activity management, eCRM, program, SEO, digital performance monitoring, marketing teams’ education on digital and competitive intelligence.

C Key duties and Responsibilities

In collaboration with brand teams : 1 / Social Media

  • Ensure the community management of the brands : develop the viral strategy in order to improve brands’ reputation, engagement, interaction in the social media
  • Build calendars (social media planning), relay events and news of each brands
  • Ensure publications with appealing content relevant to each brand DNA and target
  • Propose and create editorial content, photos, videos
  • Develop the e-reputation of the brands : follow and moderate the discussion places (Facebook page, Instagram, blog ), recruit and animate new members, develop and maintain relations with key members from online communities, identify bloggers, e-influencers
  • 2 / Media Plan

  • Recommend relevant digital media strategy and build media plans with agencies
  • Provide recommendations on media performance optimization, targeting, selection of assets, objectives, CTA
  • 3 / Participate to brand projects to integrate digital amplification 4 / Optimize brands sites for search, in collaboration with digital agencies 5 / Ensure competitive intelligence (competition, internal, new trends, innovation, technology, tools, recommendations )

  • Ensure competitive intelligence (on blogs and social medias)
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend new development paths
  • Reporting and measure of the impact of actions undertaken
  • 6 / Lead eCRM progress

  • Consumer data base management

  • Train marketing teams
  • Implement and promote the use of new digital tools
  • 8 / Monitoring

  • Support Brand team to set digital KPI

  • 9 / Act in compliance with the S&R policy of Pernod Ricard Group D Interactions with external partners and other departments within the Company

  • E Required skills

  • A real knowledge regarding digital topics (social media, digital media buy, SEO, e-CRM, Data Smart )
  • Good writing and storytelling skills (experiences in journalism, public relations would be a plus)
  • Experience in community animation (blogs, Facebook, Twitter )
  • Good knowledge of monitoring metrics

  • F Education and Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business School, Marketing, Economy, Management )
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, ideally within an international firm
  • Fluent in Arabic (+ Aribizi), French and English
  • Based in Casablanca. Punctual travels to main Moroccan cities on event coverage or overseas for training and / or workshops
  • Education Level

  • Master's Degree / MBA / Post Graduate Diploma
