The Digital Product Manager will oversee the design and deployment of new cloud-based solutions. Working in partnership with our business units and clients, you will lead an innovation team of Developers, Designers and Data Scientists that will validate digital initiatives and ultimately turn visions into successful launches at speed and at scale.
Your team will follow a user-centric and agile approach to continuously validate assumptions with the user and client.
More specifically, you will :
Partner with the VP Innovation Factory to develop and deliver digital initiatives into SGS with a focus on quick execution, affordability and delivering at scale;
Hold overall responsibility for an agile squad utilizing our quick validation methodology;
Collaborate with agile squads based in other international locations to continually develop and improve the methodology;
Lead the development activities by translating the customer vision, goals and needs into clear priorities and actionable tasks for your squad;
Foster a growth mindset in your squad and empower the squad to work effectively according to the principles of agile development;
Drive effective decision making in the squad through providing clear boundaries; strive to remove impediments as soon as they arise;
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the use of retrospect and iterative development and deployment;
Develop, implement and maintain product roadmaps and plans; maintain product documentation; measure and report progress;
pro-actively communicate with relevant stakeholders;
Participate in the review and assessment of new innovation ideas ensuring the most attractive ideas are further developed;
Actively promote and communicate the digital services methodology and process to all relevant stakeholders;
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior SGS management and stakeholders when required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role leading digital development teams;
Proven experience assessing all elements of a digital service lifecycle;
Previous experience developing services utilising principles of design thinking, agile development with continuous integration and deployment;
Background of working with Agile frameworks such as XP, Kanban and Scrum;
This position will be based at our office in Casablanca.
