Epson are seeking a Consumer Account Manager in Morocco to develop and implement the channel and consumer sales plan for designated customers / partners to generate business growth and maximize sales of Epson products.
Reporting into the Consumer Sales Manager, the Consumer Account Manager will support the team and help grow sales in the local market.
This position has a strong retail focus linked to Epson’s Consumer products.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales :
Promote the complete or appropriate Epson range in 1st & 2nd tier accounts to increase Epson sales growth
Set targets, business objectives and commercial terms for accounts to deliver the financial and non-financial goals on sales growth
Identify and qualify new opportunities for growth in the accounts
Efficient administration to ensure prompt payments made by channel partners
Ensure the timely collection of sales and inventory data to identify key target end users for Epson sales activity
Control sell-in and sell-out stock performance
Monitor credit lines
Marketing :
Agree and review marketing plans that maximise sales and deliver the Epson strategy
Ensure optimal implementation of the generic marketing campaigns within accounts
Track ROI of campaigns run in conjunction with channel partners.
Communications and Reporting :
Input to the forecasting process
Collate competitive market place information. Provide structured feedback and review promotional activities with this knowledge
Manage daily and weekly activities to meet agreed targets
Provide monthly summary of highlights, issues and actions for each account
Co-ordinate assistance from other teams to provide resource, as required for the specified accounts
Presentations and training to the channel partners for consumer portfolio of products
Key Skills and experience :
The successful candidate will be fluent in Arabic, French & English
Proven experience driving sales results & demonstrating customer portfolio growth across Morocco
Previous experience in a consumer or channel account manager role within distribution businesses and / or with an IT global vendor
Proven experience working with buyers / purchase managers of local retailers
Proven experience working with IT Channel resellers in Morocco
Good relationship building & influencing skills at all levels
Good knowledge of Ms Excel reporting
Strong verbal, numerical & presentation skills
Pro-active, thinking out of the box, proposing new ideas to help achieve sales targets
