Project Summary :
Creative is pursuing a five-year activity funded by the Morocco Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) to increase the employability of Moroccan students by improving the quality, relevance, and equitable access to technical vocational education and training (TVET) to respond to private sector requirements.

Position Summary :
The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and capacity building to TVET institutions and GoM Ministries.
Results managed will include improving organizational, strategic, financial, and operational capacity of the selected institutions, as well as creating or adapting a process to measure progress of those improvements.
Developing capacity of newly established center and existing TVET centers that will be managed to meet private sector needs of the labor market.
The incumbent will provide recommendations on best practices related to operations, management, skills development, and curriculum.
One key area of focus for the Organizational Development Specialist will be financial sustainability to TVET institutions and diversification of funding.
Reporting & Supervision :
The Organizational Capacity Specialist will report to the Team Leader based in Rabat.
