Overview

The Training manager is responsible to implement and maintain a strategy for training and development of our workforce, by bringing tools and processes that will increase efficiency and quality services to our Client.

Managing a team of trainers and quality auditors, Training manager will be able to impact positively our services toward our Clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members, or a small staff of professional level team members.
  • Work is guided by operational and project objectives.
  • Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance of the team.
  • Provides guidance, direction, and training to instructional designers and classroom trainers / facilitators.
  • Responsible for working with business stakeholders to ensure training consistency and alignment with other sites.
  • Hires and coaches new instructional design and instructional support staff and develops staff into a high performing team.
  • Represents team in various forums outside of department.
  • Prepares special reports, or projects as assigned, and provides presentations to keep leadership abreast of training issues and concerns.
  • Ensures accepted instructional design processes are followed for all training.
  • Develops training strategy by analyzing and monitoring levels of internal and external client satisfaction through stakeholder’s input, involvement, and teamwork.
  • Resolves client satisfaction issues by negotiating with other departments, speaking with clients, examining and redefining policies, and monitoring reports, etc.
  • Manages a virtual training force in partnership with site management in support of training initiatives.
  • Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and / or resolve problems.
  • Conducts reviews on projects, courses, and classes, and provides feedback.
  • Key Skills

  • University education, preferably technical degree, or Microsoft certifications
  • Client First attitude and People leadership skills
  • Up to 3 years experience in Training and development field, leading teams, setting successful training programs,
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; with the ability to handle stressful situations and deal professionally with Customers
  • Fluency in English and other languages will be an advantage
  • Up to two years’ experience and shows a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications
