The position is based in Casablanca (Morocco)


  • Directly support Front Office Sales, CTY / COO & CTY / DIR to :
  • Implement senior management priorities
  • Coordinate and compile credit applications (excluding financial analysis) for new and renewing clients
  • Attend meetings, track deliverables and monitor progress on initiatives and projects including developing presentations and dashboards with key performance metrics for meetings as required
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Drafting of CTY credit applications
  • Input of credit workflow requests to accompany the credit applications
  • Pro-actively manage the client credit pipelines protecting CTY and the firm ensuring all clients have valid credit lines in place to operate
  • Management information reporting
  • Reconciliation of credit limits within ex-Newedge and SG systems
  • Credit Monitoring daily follow up :
  • Dashboard and reporting preparation ( CORISQ, CRC, OCD, Trayport, TPA, CCP limit consumptions)
  • Control and Reconciliation ( legal doc, system update,)
  • Client set up in the CTY tool
  • Participate in the ongoing convergence of SG and legacy Newedge processes into ONE CTY :
  • Training on and use of SG tools, e.g. Credit Workflow, iForce, etc
  • Development of expertise related to Principal’ business
  • Develop close working relationship and interaction between CCS team and Front Office Sales,
  • Counterparty Risk Monitoring (CRM) and wider COO team


  • General commodities product knowledge and specific aspects of the industry as they relate to supply and demand aspects of the market place, trading and process
  • Understanding of the credit risk and margin call processes for clearing business useful
  • High level of integrity, responsibility and propriety
  • Team player with proven ability to build and maintain rapport with senior management, sales and all support / control functions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare presentations
  • MS Office computer skills
  • Advanced excel & powerpoint skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Rigor, reactivity, determination and creativity in addition of a professional involvement associated to a taste of teamwork will be major assets to succeed in this position.
