Jotun Morocco was established in 2008 as one of the key markets in North Africa with a huge potential for development in this area.

Within this framework we are looking for a Customer Service Executive based in Casablanca. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the main responsibility would be to : Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by liaising with customers, processing and monitoring orders, invoices, credits and complaints to ensure accurate and efficient working procedures and high level of customer satisfaction, strengthening therefore Jotun’s position as a preferred supplier.

Responsibility

  • Process customer orders through the system to ensure orders and invoices are processed in an accurate and efficient manner resulting in the best service possible to the customer.
  • Monitor outstanding customer requirements and liaise with internal departments and external service providers by communicating with them to ensure orders are delivered by the agreed date and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Support the sales teams with relevant information communication and customer details to ensure the sales team are well informed of any customer needs / challenges.
  • Follow-up with suppliers on products availability within stock assortment as per agreed stock guidlines.
  • Prepare necessary KPI and reports to share with sales team in order to monitor customer satisfaction and make necessary coordination to report agreed actions status to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Manage orders processing in system and coordinate with other departments to insure the delivery is happening as per customer orders / Salesman instructions.
  • Ensure information on orders is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback on orders and delivery status to customers and sales.
  • Assist the sales teams on backoffice acitivities related to customer (quotations, delivery status, availability dates )
  • Work closely with Finance Department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Ensure all exception and promotion customer pricing follow Jotun’s guidelines.
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels of Jotun assortment of products through purchase and replenishment to ensure internal / external orders can be delivered in an efficient manner.
  • Education level

  • College / University, Bachelor's degree

  • Relevant experience with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
