Lear Kenitra is opening an exciting new position as Continuous Improvement Leader!

As a CI Leader within the Kenitra Plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of improving the outcomes of manufacturing and develop strong operational excellence strategy.

Support the executive team to increase the processes efficiencies, optimize costs and increase customer satisfaction.

Your missions :

  • Develop consistent Value Stream Maps (VSMs) at assigned site.
  • Partner with all site leaders from executive, middle, and associate level teams.
  • Ensure a consistent site project pipeline
  • Work closely with the CI global team to ensure Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices (LSS & BP) compliance and implementation.
  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of LSS & BP across the site enterprise.
  • Deploy LSS & BP strategy across the site enterprise, ensuring common company training compliance and understanding at all levels of the organization
  • Partner with Site executives and initiate Policy Deployment Strategy (PDS) for Performance, Goals, and Objectives
  • To be successful for this role :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
  • Good Communication skills
  • Solid knowledge in management items
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Language Skills :
  • French
