Responsibilities :
Assist in HR initiatives related to Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Process improvement, Staff Development and other HR projects
Create Process notes for the HR Department
Conducts HR Soiree with staff to ensure engagement and collect feedback on staff experience
Design engagement activities based on Management direction
Assist in screening, recruitment and selection of candidates
Conduct compensation and benefits review
Source for HR partners for engagement and staff wellness
Assist in conducting engagement activities and onboarding activities
Assists in collating and computing Performance Evaluation scores of staff every end of the year
Conduct FGDs and Skip Level meetings with TD and LTV+ staff to address issues or collate data for process improvement
Assist in evaluating CANDO decisions based on evidences and due process
Monitor interest workgroups and create engagement activities to engage conversation between staff.
Maintain HRIS and LTV+ and TaskDrive Career pages
Requirements :
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to stay calm when staff are stressed or upset.
Has working knowledge of various online communication tools
6 months to 1 year of experience
Experience working remotely is a plus
Has great problem solving skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Open to working in shifts
Has a conducive remote working environment
Has a stable internet connection, hardware and power with backups in case of outages
