CRIT recruits for his client, an international company in manufacturing and distributing High Pressure Laminate a sales Manager Morocco

The Sales Manager Morocco is responsible for the development of the sales in Morocco to reach the objectives concerning the sales budget and the margins and implement the commercial policy / strategy in the area.

He / She is also responsible to develop the sales and the brands.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Participates in the development of sales / specification policy with the Regional Director Africa to define sales budget, business objectives and the means to implement in order to achieve the sales targets
  • Studied the market ( customers, competitors, ...) to put in place appropriate action plans
  • Establishes and implements relevant reporting to have indicators to control the activity
  • Analyses of the performance of the area in terms of objectives and implements corrective actions necessary to achieve the objectives
  • Organizes and prepares his / her visits with key customers (Distributors) in the area and leads negotiations in the framework of the trade policy of the company
  • Visits all the specifiers interfering in building projects (architects, shop fitters, general contractors, designers, ) : presents the brands and the products, detects projects, convinces the specifiers to specify our products and makes the follow up until the order
  • Manages, trains and gives support to the distributors and their sales teams of the area so that they promotes our products and brands to their customers
  • According to contractual engagements with each distributor, optimizes the stocks of our products in their warehouses in order to insure an optimal availability for the customers
  • Profil recherché :

    Required Experience / Qualifications & Competencies

  • Sales Education
  • 8 years’ experience in Sales within building / construction
  • Fluent : French & English
  • Personal Attributes
