Be responsible for all the day-to-day operational HR Ops team :
Managing of the HR Portal, GO HR, referentials YES activities : follow-up, improvement, reporting, analysis, lead of governance, relation with the partners
Closely supervising of the HR Ops team : One to one, team meeting, follow-up of the business goals achievement (check point)
Closely working withe manager of the HR SSC (Sharing of the KPI's, analysis, action plan, alerts...) and back-up for the manager.
SPOC of the HR portal :
Takes responsibility for the HR portal in the BAU and strong contribution in project mode (scope expansion).
Support of the internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate and up-to-date knowledge base.
Creatively find new ways to educate and engage employees around our HR portal (Setting-up and lead for the HR portal community)
Setting up of the day to day KPI's and SLA with the partners.
Change Management, transformation and budget follow-up :
Support during all the transformation HR SSC >
L&D Ops : Support during the transition period
Strong contribution in structuring in shared services (scope expansion study, implementation and quality monitoring of KPI's and SLA...)
Budget follow-up of the HR SSC (FTE's, costs, invoicing...)
