HR Training Officer BOUZNIKA Plant
Evaluates training needs
Supports preparation and implementation of the annual training plan
Supports planning and organization of training measures
Supports planning and organization of the induction training
Delivers internal trainings on specific topics (e.g. induction trainings, etc.)
Monitors and evaluates training efficiency
Supports update of the local Training catalogue
Manages cooperation with external trainers
Monitors and supports employees' qualification process
Elaborates training methods and content of internal trainings
Monitors specific KPIs
Provides specific reports
Master degree in HRM with experience in Automotive Wiring
Language : French & English (mandatory)
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Experience with e-learning platforms
MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
