In order to assist the CEO and the Marketing Department in their daily tasks, they are looking for an :
Executive Assistant with a Marketing and Finance Background
We need an organized and professional Assistant to handle various tasks and all intern coordination of the company from a remote position (at home).
Responsibilities (Tasks) :
Preparation of a market offer
Proposal for a commercial action plan
Re-launch of clients by phone and email
Search and targeting of prospects via internet and other databases
Updating the company website and social media accounts
Preparation of project contents and guidance notes
Administration, agenda management, correspondence, communication, presentations.
Requirements (Your Profile) :
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience in Finance and Marketing
You must have a suitable internet connection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH
Prior experience in Marketing or Finance
Full computer literacy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement processes.
