Hotel Overview :

The hotel features opulent guest rooms and suitesoverlooking our 18-hole Golf Course and the Altlas Mountains. Indulge in one ofour six eclectic restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine,a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a 3,500 sqm Spa whichoffers the ultimate escape and relaxation.

The Kids Club promises our littleones a world of discoveries, and a Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit whileon the road.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Food &Beverage Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but arenot limited to the following :

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Lead and manage the In Room Dining team and ensure service standards are followed
  • Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Train Colleaguessupervisors in the absence of the trainer
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies and practices
  • Have full knowledge of all In Room Dining menus
  • Manage the departmental budget
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous leadership experience in food & beverage required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • University / College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
