As the Head of Sales Operations, your main mission is to manage support functions essential to sales force productivity.
These include :
1) Yield & Traffic Management
The Yield & Trafic Management team is in charge of understanding, managing and leading the display monetization dynamics of Avitos digital Advertising portfolio.
In addition to that, this team is responsible for executing digital advertising campaigns and serve as a technical support for the Sales Force.
The Yield & Trafic Management team collaborates with multiple departments and its role is splitted into the following tasks :
Provide the Sales Force with support and guidance on requests regarding inventory availability, forecasting, valuations and campaign optimizations during the pre and post-sales lifecycles
Use reporting to develop actionable, data driven insights and make recommendations to maximize revenue to upper management
Proactively manage programmatic pricing floors, rate card and inventory segments
Develop optimal strategies for balancing the risk and return of non-guaranteed revenue platforms, including RTB-enabled ad exchanges and traditional ad networks, against guaranteed campaigns
Create financial models, tools and reporting interfaces for decision making
Ensure creatives adhere to technical specifications, through testing and troubleshooting third-party tags, rich media, native ads and video to run successfully and accurately cross-devices (Desktop, Mobile Web, and Apps)
Assist with implementing strategies and process for new advertising opportunities and new products / formats, test out new technologies
Optimize campaigns performances based on clients goals to meet the given KPIs
Optimize the delivery with a Yield-oriented view of the inventory
Reporting campaigns statistics to both internal and external stakeholders
2) Avito Factory
The Avito Factory is Avitos internal creative agency. The Factory is working on :
Developing new advertising products by assessing the market competition and IAB international standards
Conducting market research supported by customers and sales team feedback as well as data analysis
Organizing photo shootings and video production for our clients
Creating Graphical content : banners, logos
Developing mini-sites dedicated to leads generation
3) Customer Care
The Customer care team is driven by :
Managing clients requests by resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails
Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Handling changes in policies or renewals
Generating sales leads
The position of Head of Sales Operation reports directly to the Commercial Director.
MS in Business Administration, Management or Engineering
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude combined with brilliant communication skills
Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyze problems, to guide and develop solutions.
