The mission is todevelop the building System Integrators

  • Managerelationship of a group of System Integrators (portfolio) at geographical levelto meet sales objectives.
  • Themission is to develop the Building System Integrators leading the EcoExpertplan and coordinating the projects from prescription to execution.
  • Experiencein BMS projects
  • DefineStrategy, Marketing plan and action Plans in coordination with Marketing team.
  • Conquestnew Partners deploying value proposition.
  • Ensureall the actions needed to ensure orders and sales objectives by line ofproduct.
  • Pilotand coordinate projects from prescription to execution
  • Definecommercial targets by customers and categorized customer by attractiveness andpotential
  • Commercialefficiency follow up in order to be efficient
  • Regularanimation, visits, events, etc
  • Collaborationwith other colleagues managing other channel to maximize global SchneiderElectric results.
  • Key requirements

  • Minimum experience 10 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in French and Arab
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel &PPT
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • TeamPlayer and collaborator across functions
  • Capabilityto work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Highdegree of initiative and pro-active approach
  • Abilityto work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
  • Stronginter-personal and influence skills
