The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a global initiative enabling Unilever to build a strong talent pipeline that will support and lead our business growth.

UFLP is a 36-month rotational leadership development program for which we recruit top-performing undergraduate talent who demonstrate the potential to become managers within our business within 3 years.

Its designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. Youll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role.

At the heart of it, its about developing tomorrows leaders, today.

From Day 1, our Management Trainees (MTs) take on real business challenges within their own function and across the organization.

Each of our MTs will gain an understanding of how we make and how we sell our products, become immersed in our sustainability initiatives, understand and experience first-

hand our global markets, and build people management skills and financial acumen. Along the way you will develop deep core professional skills and leadership skills, and build a robust support network.

On top of all that, you will have a lot of fun along the journey.

36-Month Rotation Program (4-10 Rotations)

1 Functional Roadmap Based on Your Business Area

1 Retail Experience - First Assignment is always learning the heart of our business, working with our products at the point of sale

1 International Assignment

Formal Training Informal Learning

Mentorship Exposure to Senior Leaders Peer Network

High Levels of Performance and Delivery

Potential to Reach Manager-Level Upon Successful Program Graduation

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications of Unilever Future Leaders :

Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent).

Strong academic track record : well-standing GPA (or equivalent)

Strong Business Motivation to work within NAME territory

Between 22-28 years old

Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry

Business Acumen

Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills.

Geographic Mobility

Human Resources : Human Resources is about creating a winning organisation : generating outstanding business performance through the development of people and teams.

So how would you do this? What will you do? Youll undertake three placements to get a well-rounded view of our people, including time at head office, a factory and an expertise team.

Beyond your usual placements, theres also scope for you to work as a site HR Manager, take on various projects and shape future HR practices from within an Expertise Team.

Wherever in the business you work, youll be building up experience of culture change, employee relations, leadership development and much more, getting an up close and personal view of HR at Unilever.

HR's job is to make sure we have highly skilled people across the organisation. Roles are split into three areas :

Business Partners : Identify the needs of the business to develop, manage and implement appropriate strategies. They ensure that the right structure, culture, people and capabilities are in place to foster positive working relationships.

Expertise teams : Work on policies, processes, systems and tools that allow each business area to attract, select and develop talented individuals.

They also provide a connection with world-class external experts and keep us up to date with industry best practice.

Enterprise Support : Deliver and continuously improve services such as payroll, recruitment, pensions and benefits. They also track, monitor and aggressively manage service performance to ensure that it's delivered to the required quality and at the optimum cost.
