JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Morocco.
JCAM is currently recruiting Licensed B1 Aircraft Engineers to be based in our new upcoming base in Rabat (RBA), Morocco.
Ryanair is Europe’s favourite airline, operating more than 1,800 daily flights from 77 bases, connecting 200 destinations in 31 countries on a fleet of over 300 Boeing 737 aircraft.
Ryanair has orders for a further 380 new Boeing 737 aircraft, which will enable Ryanair to lower fares and grow traffic from 105m this year to 180m p.

The successful candidates will be responsible for :
Responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
Complete the appropriate documentation
Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
Supervise Mechanics within a team
Any other duties as assigned by management / supervisor
Previous maintenance experience on B737-800
Experienced in all zones on the aircraft
Willing to work shifts (including nights)
Requirements
Must be an EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder as a minimum
B737-800 type rating
B737 MAX type rating
3 10 years live aircraft maintenance experience ideally in B737-800
Previous experience supervising / managing a team
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Proven organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
