Your missions :
Identify and assess the learning needs of the organization through Competency Assessment
Create the Annual L&D Calendar, coordinate timely and effectively the implementation of trainings and optimize training budget.
Develop and maintain the training catalog in coordination with discipline champions
Coordinate with Training vendors and facilitate quote negotiations and Purchase Orders.
Evaluate organization performance to ensure that the Learning & Development Programs meets the business needs.
Champion Lear initiatives on Leadership & Culture as cascaded by the Regional L&D and US Headquarters.
Manage training prioritization and execution of trainings in the Learning Management System by closely coordinating with Department Managers
Collaborate with other Learning and Development personnel globally for alignment and continuous improvement of processes
To be successful in this role :
Graduate of bachelor’s degree. Field of expertise in HR, Organizational Development, or Behavioral Science is preferred.
Minimum of 5 Years Solid Experience in Training & Development or related experience.
Experienced as L&D in an Automotive Engineering or any Engineering industry is preferred.
Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Strong Facilitation Skills.
Good influencing & Business Partnership skills
Good understanding of the dynamic of human behavior and other learning and organizational development principles.
Language Skills :
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
