Your missions :

  • Identify and assess the learning needs of the organization through Competency Assessment
  • Create the Annual L&D Calendar, coordinate timely and effectively the implementation of trainings and optimize training budget.
  • Develop and maintain the training catalog in coordination with discipline champions
  • Coordinate with Training vendors and facilitate quote negotiations and Purchase Orders.
  • Evaluate organization performance to ensure that the Learning & Development Programs meets the business needs.
  • Champion Lear initiatives on Leadership & Culture as cascaded by the Regional L&D and US Headquarters.
  • Manage training prioritization and execution of trainings in the Learning Management System by closely coordinating with Department Managers
  • Collaborate with other Learning and Development personnel globally for alignment and continuous improvement of processes
  • To be successful in this role :

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree. Field of expertise in HR, Organizational Development, or Behavioral Science is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 Years Solid Experience in Training & Development or related experience.
  • Experienced as L&D in an Automotive Engineering or any Engineering industry is preferred.
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
  • Strong Facilitation Skills.
  • Good influencing & Business Partnership skills
  • Good understanding of the dynamic of human behavior and other learning and organizational development principles.
  • Language Skills :

  • Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
