Business Unit (BU) Port Services has profit and loss responsibility for the service business for all applicable products of the Business Area Port Solutions.

BU Port Services will focus on and be dedicated to a total service commitment with the highest quality service for all our customers worldwide.

Service Frontline is the global Port Services organization to ensure fast and first-class service towards our customers.

Our responsibility is to manage all our local Service Frontlines and Partners to assure the highest quality and support for our customers including continuous improved development of our service business globally.

We are now looking for a person to consolidate and further expand the Port Services frontline activities in Morocco and the Maghreb region.

Areas of Focus :

  • Solidify the current team and customer portfolio
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Govern the local operations by taking control of productivity, costs, P&L and service quality
  • Build up the team and skill levels
  • Interface with the service network including suppliers, customers, community, Konecranes businesses and other stakeholders
  • Keep track of customer satisfaction and improve service & spare parts business
  • Harmonize local processes and reporting
  • Implementation of the global Port Services strategy
  • Responsibilities :

  • Management over the frontline team organisation
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Implement our proven service portfolio in the region
  • Ensure repeat orders in service / equipment
  • Build collaboration with equipment sales and supply chain
  • Job Requirements :

  • Good technical education with commercial ability
  • Working experience in Port Services
  • Previous experience of leading a service team
  • Intercultural competence
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and target orientation to get results
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to travel globally
