Project Summary :
Creative is pursuing Results-Based Financing for Inclusive Employment sub-Activity funded by Morocco Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) that aims to introduce innovative RBF mechanisms such as Social Impact Bonds (each a Social Impact Bond ) or performance-based contracting.
The innovative RBF mechanisms will be used to replicate or expand proven programs that provide integrated job placement services to target unemployed or economically inactive women and unemployed, at-risk urban and peri-urban youth.
MCC Funding will also support the development and implementation of rigorous impact evaluations to test promising labor market interventions, not limited to those interventions funded by this sub-Activity
Position Summary :
The Employability M&E expert will be contributing to the overall program design by assessing current active employment programs, suggesting improvements, and developing intervention plans for successful implementation and monitoring of RBF employment programs.
The employability expert is expected to work in collaboration with an expert in Result Based Financing mechanisms and an Information System specialist on the following deliverables :
Reporting & Supervision :
The Employability Expert will report to the Team Leader based in Rabat.
Expected Outcomes :
Leads writing of quarterly technical and financial reports; and
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required.
