Hotel Overview :

The hotel features opulent guest rooms and suitesoverlooking our 18-hole Golf Course and the Altlas Mountains. Indulge in one ofour six eclectic restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine,a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a 3,500 sqm Spa in collaboration with Clarins whichoffers the ultimate escape and relaxation.

The Kids Club promises our littleones a world of discoveries, and a Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit whileon the road.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Front OfficeManager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :

  • Constantlyoffer a professional, welcoming and endearing service;
  • Greetcustomers while ensuring that all service standards are met;
  • Informguests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner;
  • Promotethe services of the hotel;
  • Respectthe department's policies, procedures and service standards;
  • Respectall security policies;
  • Othertasks, as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Mastery of the French and English language (writtenand spoken)
  • Mastery of the Arabic language
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changingand challenging environment
  • Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm andcourteous at all times
  • Previous experience in customer service an asset
  • Previous experience using a PMS system an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Beautiful professional presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solvingskills
  • Particularly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in afast-paced environment
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Preferred hotel degree
  • Be flexible in terms of hours of work
  • Have the ability to manage cash money efficiently andaccurately
  • Physical Aspects of Position(include but are not limited to) :

    Constantstanding and walking throughout shift

    Occasionallifting and carrying up to 20 lbs

    Occasionalkneeling, pushing, pulling

    Occasionalascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
