Based in Casablanca, SGATS activities started beginning of 2014. COO team, member of SGCIB Global Markets department (MARK) regroup skills destined to support, develop and promote MARK’s business, across all assets, both internally and externally :

  • A global team and a key partner for MARK business lines and activities to enable MARK to do what it does best serve the needs of its clients in secured way.
  • Combining process and business expertise, quality of execution, technology advisory, innovative solutions and operational risk prevention, MARK / COO is a trusted advisor helping to ensure the highest service levels to clients.
  • MARK / COO plays a pivotal role in coordinating with Support and Control functions in Finance, IT, Operations, Risks, Compliance and Legal.
  • Run day-to-day operations while also delivering on business critical key projects, such as new business, regulations or transformation.
  • Mission

    Within the MARK / COO department, the Sales Efficiency Team assists the MARK Sales Exco in the global management of the sales force by providing essential analysis / reporting in a timely manner and by conducting transformation / digital projects to improve commercial effectiveness without compromising data security.

    The Sales Efficiency Analyst participates in achieving these goals at MARK transversal level :

  • Provide ad-hoc analyzes, Key Performance Indicators and presentation to the MARK sales management
  • Extensive use of all available data from business tools and central management systems
  • Synthesis writing and implementation / production of regular reports
  • Formalize presentation materials for seminars, staff meetings, managerial meetings
  • Identify data / referential reliability actions, implement and control corrective actions with the concerned functions : MACC, DFIN, ITEC, OPER
  • Contribute to the implementation of the digital tools used by MARK Sales force / management by taking charge of transversal commercial efficiency projects
  • Industrialization and digitization of the existing reports in order to devote more time to analyzes and improvement projects
  • Industrialization of action plans to systematize and homogenize the commercial approach in the One MARK framework
  • Processing, support and follow up of Sales Credit incentive schemes
  • Profile

    Master degree or engineering school, you have a good knowledge of financial markets and have already a first experience in risk management or internal control.

    You have an excellent level of French and English, both written and spoken.

    Your rigor, professional involvement, sense of analysis and critical thinking, a taste for teamwork, as well as your relational skills to take initiatives and targeting continuous improvement, will be major assets to succeed in this position.
