Tasks :

  • Supervise Housekeepers in their daily duties.
  • Organize the work schedule for the day or Turn Down
  • Management of HK Tools
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards according to the expectations and preferences of our customers
  • Organize your day according to priorities while respecting your checklist (Anticipate, organize and find solutions)
  • Check the systems on a daily basis and take stock with the team of the state of the rooms with the help of the Housekeepers
  • Ensure the correct use of cleaning products according to the different materials and surfaces to be cleaned (keep an eye on the HK reserves)
  • Ensure the organization of Guest requests and their follow-up
  • Keep the Housekeeper informed of all customer complaints in order to carry out a quality follow-up
  • Notify Security in the event of an object forgotten by the customer in order to
  • Follow the safety rules in force.
  • Provide support for the integration and training of new employees and help them in their tasks
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the HK set
  • Ensure a better relay between the services of the htl
  • Follow up with the Laundry Team
  • Coordinate on public areas
  • Skills :

    Education : High school education or equivalent experience.

    Experience : Experience in a luxury brands is a plus

    Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
