The job holder will manage Dairy Category and Business in Morocco and drive effective planning and implementation in order to generate strong business results for the category.
Main Responsibilities :
Adapt, plan and implement Country Category plan and develop / implement channel plan
Responsible for P&L at Country level. Responsible to achieve market share and objectives at country level
Responsible for achieving the sell out targets for category
Participate actively in the monthly business planning meetings and collaborates with team to provide high quality input
Responsible for pricing strategy in the country
Responsible for consumer & shopper activities & plans in the country
Responsible for driving ICP in the country
Responsible to plan & manage the PFME of the category at the country level. Responsible for dedicated TTS & accountable for total TTS per category managed by sales
Ensure that all planned activities are pre / post evaluated by his / her direct reports
Responsible to develop launch plan at Country level for NPDI & implement it. Accountable for recommending new format within existing categories to reach specific price point adapted per channel.
Adapt and localize regional communication and materials when necessary
Demonstrates leadership and facilitate development of his / her team
Responsible for promotional strategy at country level per category
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing; a graduate degree a plus.
Minimum 8 years experience in marketing and 3 years in other function, with a preference in FMCG
Proficiency in English, French and Arabic
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
