Sales Support Advisor EMEA Global Resolution Specialist Project Manager
Within the Dell’s Global Business Services / Global Resolution Specialist team, this is a role for Sales Support Advisor to proactively be an agile business partner to Sales & Global Business Operations committed to providing expert support while improving processes across GBS and the functional teams .
You will need to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret multifaceted situations / problems using various information sources.
You will need to work with Customers, Sales, GBS and numerous cross functional teams to ensure proper resolution is met within a timely manner, and to the satisfaction of the internal and external customer.
