Sales Support Advisor EMEA Global Resolution Specialist Project Manager

Within the Dell’s Global Business Services / Global Resolution Specialist team, this is a role for Sales Support Advisor to proactively be an agile business partner to Sales & Global Business Operations committed to providing expert support while improving processes across GBS and the functional teams .

You will need to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret multifaceted situations / problems using various information sources.

You will need to work with Customers, Sales, GBS and numerous cross functional teams to ensure proper resolution is met within a timely manner, and to the satisfaction of the internal and external customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple cross functional teams simultaneously to resolve multiple complex cases causing a bad customer experience
  • Provide process guidance, root cause analysis and pending actions to resolve to Sales, GBOs & Cross functional teams, and Identify issue root causes and apply project management skills to resolve
  • Drive customer meetings along with the aligned Account Team, Present process updates and project results content at Executive level, and Prioritize your workload to ensure all issues are resolved (you will be working on more than one project at a time)
  • Become an SME in at least one operational area to support the most complex customer issues, and Focus on providing a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers
  • Lead Customer operational Projects Governance, Plan and Host Roadshows for Sales Leadership, and Build trusted partnerships with Sales Leadership, GBOs and Cross functional Teams
  • Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Operations position at EMEA level or an equivalent combination of education / experience
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a requirement for the role Additional language (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French ) is a plus
  • Process Improvement Leadership experience is a must , Prince 2 or PMP certification is preferred
  • Familiar with Quality Management Systems Knowledge, Expert knowledge around Dell Technologies portfolio and its operational processes (L-EMC & L-Dell), and Effective & Efficient communication and presentation skills at an executive level (internal & external)
  • Expert at problem solving, processes, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, collaborating with cross functional teams, dealing with ambiguity, working multiple issues at the same time, prioritization and organization
