What you will do

Aa Senior Customer Service Representative, you will

  • Execute order management, design handling and forecasting tasks.
  • Leads and participates in WCM teams.
  • Take the role of the Superuser for OFPM, CM processes, responsible for competence development activities of end users.
  • Might be part of KA team, participates in CA with customers.
  • Who you are

    We believe you have :

  • Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 4 years in a Supply Chain Operations role.
  • Advanced knowledge of theory and practice of job area in a professional discipline, typically obtained through advanced education combined with on the job experience.
  • Good communication and coaching skills.
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality.
  • Business minded with ability to understand the dimensions of business strategy, activities, performance and direction.
