Within the MARK / BTO (Business Transformation Oversight) department, the Sales Efficiency Team (SEF) assists the different MARK teams in the global management of the sales force by providing essential analysis / reporting in a timely manner and by conducting transformation / digital projects to improve commercial effectiveness without compromising data security.
The main missions of a Sales Efficiency Analyst are :
Provide ad-hoc analyzes, Key Performance Indicators and presentation to the MARK sales management o Extensive use of all available data from business tools and central management systems o Synthesis writing and implementation / production of regular reports o Formalize presentation materials for seminars, staff meetings, managerial meetings ;
Identify data / referential reliability actions, implement and control corrective actions with the concerned functions
Contribute to the implementation of digital tools used by MARK Sales force / management by taking charge of transversal commercial efficiency projects o Industrialization and digitization of existing reports in order to devote more time to analyzes and improvement projects o Industrialization of action plans to systematize and homogenize the commercial approach in the One MARK framework o Processing, support and follow up of Sales Credit incentive schemes.
Master degree or engineering school, you have a good knowledge of financial markets and have already a first experience in risk management or internal control.
You have an excellent level of French and English, both written and spoken. Your rigor, professional involvement, sense of analysis and critical thinking, a taste for teamwork, as well as your relational skills to take initiatives and targeting continuous improvement, will be major assets to succeed in this position.
