In order to coordinate the activities of the warehouse, Pernod Ricard Maroc is recruiting a : Domestic Logistics Manager B Key duties and responsibilities Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, Domestic Logistics Manager has 3 main missions : 1 / Coordination of the operations within the warehouse

  • Conduct all processes of the firm in order to ensure the good management of the flows of products
  • Ensure the good reception of products
  • Supervise the delivery of orders
  • Enter goods receipts
  • Supervise the laying of fiscal vignettes and secure their stocking
  • Coordinate the storage of products
  • Ensure the good entering of information in the system
  • Ensure the printing of documents necessary for invoicing
  • Ensure the regular (weekly, monthly, bi-annual) inventory of goods, by implementing stock control processes to ensure inventory reliability
  • Ensure the management of promotional materials
  • Be responsible for operational challenges : management & follow up of the fleet, follow up of returnable palettes
  • 2 / Administrative management of the warehouse

  • Ensure the good relationship with the warehouse owner
  • Ensure the relationship with other actors within the warehouse (security company, carrier, cleaning company )
  • 3 / People management

  • Manage the warehouse assistant, deliverers and forklift operator
  • Manage the interim staff according to peak periods
  • Implement and ensure the respect of security rules and conformity criteria

  • E Education and profile

  • Higher education in logistics (at least a bachelor’s Degree)
  • Strong experience in warehouse management
  • An experience within an international firm or in a large structure is an asset
  • Fluent in Arabic (darija) and French is mandatory, English is an asset
  • Based in Témara. Frequent travels to the office in Casablanca or to Marrakech
