Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

  • Report to CD Excellence Manager
  • Manage all Sales Force performance dashboards and reporting
  • Key player in the SF capability development Agenda
  • Main Accountabilities

    1- Active support in driving Sales Force performance :

  • Own the Sales force target setting process
  • Design and deploy SF performance tracking tools
  • 2- Lead the Sales Force incentives scheme

  • Periodic re-Design,
  • Monthly calculation,
  • Set up Controls
  • Ensure timely communications
  • Periodic post evaluation and improvement
  • 3- Co-own the Unilever Perfect Store program in collaboration with Shopper Marketing

  • Operational aspects,
  • Compliance calculation,
  • Field team operational supervision
  • 4- Support the capability manager in shaping the SF capability building activity

  • Design and implement the Best / Poor performers follow-up tool
  • Support in the QOP / QOC
  • 5- Sales force contest design, follow-up and post evaluation

  • Design sales force contest
  • support to Sales Force to meet targets
  • Key Skills

  • Effective use of Microsoft Pack and ERPs
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and have sense of priority
  • Relevant Experience

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales support and analysis
  • Preferable exposure to the trade and Sales Force management
