It’s not just our products that break the mold. The way we fulfil orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers.

We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

The Order Management - Team Manager is responsible of directing the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.

He or she manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce. and is responsible for career development / planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.

  • Ensures compliance with operating procedures and corporate policies and interfaces with and supports both internal and / or external customers
  • Responsible for defining the team’s critical success factors
  • Manages team members responsible for Automation within a business segment and manages the performance at an individual level
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements for direct team
  • May build and own the knowledge management framework and processes and ensures team compliance
  • Essential Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English in both written & spoken
  • 2-3 years managerial / leadership proven experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experienced leadership and team building skills with Order Management / OMS & GBS business acumen
  • Moderate knowledge of product lines, technical knowledge, customer care, sales and policies and procedures
