Suivi et Pilotage des flux d’activité en temps réel
Suivi et analyse des flux
Assurer le dimensionnement requis pour les activités, tout en l’optimisant dans le respect des contraintes légales et des spécificités des activités.
Élaboration et automatisation des reporting et des tableaux de bord.
Veiller à faciliter la tâche des encadrants en matière de suivi statistiques
Profil
De formation Bac+3 ou plus en Management.
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans la gestion de l’information statistique en call center
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les logiciels de planification et les outils de reporting
Vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Le goût du challenge, de l’innovation et la créativité sont des atouts majeurs pour la réussite dans votre fonction
La maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire
