Within a community of Salesforce experts, you will mainly oversee of the following missions:
Participate in technical workshops to understand customers' needs and constraints
Participate in the technical design and implementation of Salesforce modules and ecosystem solutions
Realize the complex settings of the solution and to develop the interfaces necessary to the good integration with the Information System of the customer and its technical environment
Write the technical and functional specifications
Maintain your level of competence by monitoring technology and passing certifications, and share your knowledge with the other members of the team.
Profile :
Minimum 2 years of experience on consultant role, 5 years of experience for the senior consultant in Implementation and integration of systems around Salesforce
Salesforce certifications are the best
You know other solutions in the Salesforce eco-system as Zuora or Mulesoft
You are dynamic and autonomous in the search for solutions and are open to innovation
You have good writing skills and are able to actively listen to customers
Fluency in English is essential (minimum intermediate level).
