We are recruiting HR Development Manager Casablanca
Reporting to the CEO in Morocco, your main mission will be to design, manage and monitor the various HR development projects.
You will be responsible for :
Participate in the implementation of the HR policy;
Gathering from the management their expectations in terms of HR development projects;
Manage the recruitment and training processes according to the company’s strategic orientations and development objectives;
Manage the annual recruitment plan in coordination with the departments;
Manage the annual recruitment plan in coordination with the departments; Manage the annual training plan in coordination with the departments;
Manage the annual training plan in coordination with the departments;
Manage career management and staff mobility;
Participate in the development and dissemination of a corporate culture that contributes to the motivation and cohesion of teams;
Lead the annual evaluation process and ensure that managerial decisions are taken;
To be a force of proposal for the implementation of any device aiming at further improving the HR development tools;
Produce activity reports and contribute to the HR dashboards;
Participate in the implementation of HR procedures;
Participate in forums, company fairs and events promoting the employer brand;
Monitor HR practices of companies with similar activities;
Respect and ensure compliance with current HSE norms and standards;
Strive for excellence at all levels, by committing and training colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement process.
Profil recherché pour le poste
You have a 5-year degree in Human Resources Management and five years of experience in a similar position. Your mastery of labor law, social benefits and HRIS, your ability to listen, your ability to convince and solve problems, as well as your rigor and sense of confidentiality will be your main assets to succeed in this position.
For this position based in Casablanca, the mastery of the English language is necessary.
