  • Position : * Logistics Consultant *Job Description : * Logistics Service ConsultantABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible in advising our sales teams, partners, customers and vendors on the best way to deliver our solutions to multiple international locations whilst taking away complexity.
  • You work with goods moving out of our warehouses in different EMEA countries. You’ll consult our customers and partners in terms of best export and import solutions and monitor and process these special freight movements.

    You’ll be in charge for the logistics offering process, but you’ll also manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process.

    Additionally, you will be expected to work very closely with your counterparts in the other teams and departments, in operations / purchasing, in finance, in sales, in legal, logistic and in particular you will ensure that our customers and sales people are fully supported in terms of international roll-outs.

  • Logistic Service Consultant at Arrow is typically involved in : - Providing support to internal and external customers- Evaluating challenges, risks, complexities of international business and specificities of the project to determine the best way to deploy the rollout- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders to gather all relevant information and provide solutions to complex logistics transactions- Negotiating tariffs with freight vendors and quoting freight charges to the customer- Working with freight vendors in arranging freight movement and rearranging in transit to satisfy customer needs;
  • Preparing necessary documentation for the export / import- Executing the rollout according to the agreement with the customer- Tracking all shipments and follow up with freight vendors as well as customer;
