Organizes and coordinates the activities related to the data quality : technical data review and approval executed by the Data Quality Technicians team in the respect of procedures, instructions and specifications of Sartorius Quality Systems.

The Data Quality Coordinator is specialist for activities in the SAP PLM system.SITUATION IN THE ORGANIZATION The Data Quality Coordinator reports to the Manager of Change Control.

MAIN TASKS / TECHNICAL NATURE OF JOB Activity and workload supervision :

  • Organizes the technical data PLM activities regarding workload estimation, planning adjustment and priorization,
  • Participates to multi-department meetings for technical data workflow coordination,
  • Organizes the SAP PLM system (Scase module) maintenance service for creation and modification of workflow and teamdefinition templates (respectively sequence of activities in SAP to support process and list of stakeholders for all workflows),
  • Builds KPIs to allow analysis of the executed activity, to give visibility on the upcoming workload and to communicate with other stakeholders and internal customers.Expertise :
  • Is a referent for training and qualification of the change coordination team members for all quality / change coordination activities on ECOs and PMFs : o PMF check and approval,o inspection plan allocation,o certificate layout and template affectation check,o ECO review and approval,o PMF update,o ECOs and PMFs closures.
  • Ensures the training update and support to the data quality team regarding the new manufacturing sites, the new products and the related technical data structure.Continuous improvement
  • Leads or participates to continuous improvement projects / initiatives related to FMT technical data management, implements the improvements on procedures, instructions and forms,
  • Maintains the quality documentation related to change coordination team activities on ECOs and PMFs,
  • Analyses new products and sites configurations to adjust the process when relevant regarding acquisitions / development and ONS projects.
  • SAP PLM System : Training, administration and maintenance

  • Provides training to SAP PLM system and gives support to all stakeholders within FMT involved in or requiring access to PLM information,
  • Investigates the SAP PLM system failures, coordination of actions with IT (development).Data quality review
  • Checks and approves the technical documentation related to QA (Assembly Qualification)
