Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for a to 2nd Level Operations BO Manager to secure projects' delivery on time, within scope and budget

You will

  • Handle critical blocking issues.
  • Build knowledge about the business environment (contracts, customer, tools coverage, usage, demand) in Market Areas.
  • Participate closely with regional partners by identifying new opportunities for business improvements and maximizing value for customers.
  • Report the overall progress and activities to the relevant Stakeholders and appropriate Line Managers within the organization.
  • Support Automation initiatives.
  • Support Integration Managers with deployment plan definition.
  • Investigate main stakeholders and be the prime contact for the Ericsson business partners.
  • Secure efficient governance with stakeholders in Market Areas and Delivery Flows.
  • Drive proactive dialogue with partners on long-, medium-, and short-term topics to establish trust, manage expectations and build business partnership
  • Keep partners updated.
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Minimum 5 years shown experience in Customer Project Management / Service Delivery Management from Telecom sector as well as in creating and implementing project management strategies within international environment
  • Experience with Project Management tools and applications
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Financial and business understanding
  • Sales and business development, negotiation and argumentation skills
  • Project management, analytical and communication skills
  • Consultative and proactive approach and result oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
