Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Facilities Manager to join JLL Integrated Facilities Management on our high profile client account in Casablanca.

The Site Facilities Manager will have the overall responsibility to manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned sites and will be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and / or client.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual in Facilities / Office management to join a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • Client Relationship ensure that on site Clients expectations are proactively met
  • Site Operations Management implementing Industry Best Practice operations
  • Business Continuity Ensuring all critical operations are maintained with 0% downtime
  • Delivery of services with excellence, operate and maintain the site including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset & vendor management.
  • Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work as defined in the Master Agreement.
  • Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
  • Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers / service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
  • Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished / stocked to operate to maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure that detailed floor inspections are routinely conducted.
  • Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items / services & ensure that these are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all working environments meet all requisite OH&S Standards.
  • Ensure smooth running of meetings& / or events at the site.
  • Assist with Business Unit relocations or ad hoc’ projects.
  • Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
  • Provide backup support for the account team members in times of absence.
  • Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and / or enhance working environment performance
  • Clearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM team
  • Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the P&G / Accounts & in the wider Jones Lang LaSalle network
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the country Site Leader or Senior Account Management on a upon need basis.
  • Development and management of systems and procedures for settling the regional operating budgets, tracking and reporting the spending in accordance to the contractual requirements

  • Relevant experience in Facilities / Office management.
  • Relevant experience in Customer service.
  • Relevant experience with HSE and Hard services
  • A good desire to provide service excellence.
  • The ability to visualise the long-term plan for delivering service excellence.
  • The candidate must have reasonably good leadership traits of visualisation, direction and effectiveness to provide service excellence.
  • Represent Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural and company requirements.
  • Provide services to Procter & Gamble in keeping with P&G cultural and company requirements.
  • Work towards objectives unsupervised.
  • The candidate must have the necessary technical and managerial competence to ensure service excellence from subordinates and contractors.
  • The candidate should demonstrate the skills to analyse problems / issues and find innovative sustainable solutions to meet business needs.
  • The ability to continuously develop service excellence and subordinates by thinking creatively and being able to put into action innovatively.
  • The necessary skills to set goals, objectives and key tasks and provide the necessary monitoring and control to ensure service excellence from contractors.
  • A reasonable decision making process which brings about quick decisive responses and action.
  • The definiteness of purpose, desire, self-reliance, knowledge, co-operation and will power in a changing environment, which requires new work habits to be developed.
  • Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
  • Capacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of SAP accounting system
  • Excellent inter-personal and c ommunication skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Provide an effective contribution to the team’s delivery and Contributes via regular feedback, to the overall performance of the delivery team.
