The Campaign Operations - Senior Consultant partners with Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers to make their 1 : 1 marketing dreams a reality.
As part of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services Team, they work to build and deploy email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and landing pages on customers’ behalf.
Through scalable processes that minimize the risk and rigorous quality assurance testing, they deliver top-of-class deployment accuracy.
The use strong interpersonal skills, functional / technical knowledge, Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge, and industry experience to drive campaign strategy and governance.
In addition, the Campaign Operations - Senior Consultant contributes to thought leadership and best practices internally and provides support to their peers as a subject matter expert.
