As part of its development, Outsourcia is recruiting bilingual French / English speaking Helpdesk Technicians for one of its clients
Reporting to the helpdesk team leader, your main tasks will include
Receiving and managing user requests
Monitoring and handling technical incidents
Complete incident diagnosis for an intervention
Incidents input
Handling recurring incidents
Quality of the IT support service
Profil Recherché
Perfect fluency in French AND English (processing in both languages at the same time)
Good technical skills
Good knowledge of IT hardware, server and network environments
Capacity to communicate effectively with a large variety of people, in a professional manner, on the telephone and in writing
