Finance Planning & Analysis Cluster Lead-007WTJ
Cluster Francophone Africa & Islands is composed of different entities, Maghreb, sub-Saharan Africa & Islands (Carib, Pacific & Indian Ocean).
You will be in charge of the following :
Forecast
Responsible for strategic planning and target setting activities
Lead guidelines definition and templates preparation
Responsible for forecasting
Financial modelling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
Month End Closing
Coordinate monthly performance analysis and recommendations
Analyze monthly performance, leveraging standard reporting and analysis produced by global FP&A organization
Identify and propose action plan and lead business review preparation
Monitor period-end closing.
Review and validate inputs for monthly and quarterly closing
Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing activities performed by FP&A CoCe
Provide support for the Business Review process including HC evolution and variance analysis
Landing results :
In charge of following the weekly estimation of the monthly estimated results
Coordinate with the different stakeholder to have the data ready
Manage the template.
Digital Transformation :
Lead the digital transformation within the cluster (S4 / Hana Implementation though DFL; One BI )
Qualifications
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business
Knowledge of SAP and HFM is a plus
