Currently we are looking for a Assistant P2P Manager . Here is what your job will look like :
Supervising the PTP team working for different European partner entities and ensure that the objectives of his / her team are aligned to the Service Level Agreement’s KPIs, and linked directly to their incentives
Planning and Organizing Resourcing, work allocation, Cross trainings
Skill Mapping & Soft skill training
Keeping track of procedure guides and other documents are up-to date
Prioritization of work based on urgent / standard depending on the Turnaround time each has.
Delegating and mentoring the Process Leaders and Team Members
Training manuals and process guides need to be updated.
Identify own training and personal development needs and those for the team
Develop and maintain good relationships with partner entities.
Assess partner feedback and improve procedures accordingly
Monitor roll out and stabilization of systems roll out for different entities
Competences Operational Responsibilities
Ensure convergent usage of People Soft & ITESOFT within the teams (e.g. same reports, same transactions )
Ensure that all the agreed SLA's are met.
Support in development, testing and implementation of new intranet solution for Accounts Payable
Constant review of the reports produced to customer with a view to improve them and make them more effective.
Constantly review and challenge the reports the team is generating for the client
Track team performance in terms of accuracy of the work done, turnaround time.
Slippage in performance levels need to be communicated to the team in a timely manner.
Corrective & preventive actions should be implemented.
Ensure that customer is satisfied with team’s performance and perceives that team is adding value
Manage holidays & leaves for the team to ensure that work does not get affected at any point of time.
Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels, as relationships will involve, not only Finance staff, but also Managers across the AXA GO
Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning reporting
Excellent Team Handling capabilities with proven track record of managing large teams
Excellent presentation and influencing skills along with motivation skills to uplift team members
Customer focused - actively seeks and responds appropriately to customer’s needs.
Deal with problems in line with agreed procedures;
Be flexible in approach
Strong knowlodge in Accounting
Technical understanding of the P2P process.
Good People Soft & ITESOFT knowledge
Fluency in French / English - speaking, reading and writing
Other European languages are an advantage
